I really hope he comeback. That OUTLAW track is hard, but you can tell homey ain’t hungry.
His hunger reflected his skills and now that he’s “full,” his skills dropped.
I was listening to BEG FOR MERCY recently and I said to myself “what the he’ll happen? this album str8 bang. but fastforward to 2011 and damn.”
Fif has too get deeper. He has suppressed his anger and pain with millions. He has yet to make a full disclosure song about his moms. He needs a real concept album.
He can do it, but he has to figure out how. Kanye and 50 should really vibe on a couple of tracks. 50 should vibe with Jada and Beans, but not on no GUN TALK but some real street spiritual shit.
Plus it would be nice if Fif can forgive the betrayal of Buck.
All these ideas or suggestions I think would make a huge buzz and a huge comeback.
But it won’t happen.

Jay made American Gangster cuz he was feelin uninspired, and lyrically and musically it was definitely a hot album. It worked. Jay simply uses his day to day experiences and past experiences to make an album or do a feature:
WHAT WE TALKIN BOUT- answering Beans, Game, Jimmy and Dame who probably thought Jay was gonna ignore them.
FREEMASON & HOT TODDY- addresses the ” illuminati” rumors
HAM- addresses Baby and other jealous folks
ON TO THE NEXT ONE- tells ppl that Hov is always thinking innovated> “niggaz want my old SH…..”
Basically Jay understands what it takes and it’s not just a dope beat and bragging, it’s truly being an artist.
50 has something I believe Jay doesn’t have and that’s DEMONS. 50 needs to unleash these demons who keep 50 occupied. Tupac and Big had them to, but they knew that they had to go.

@Nickey Black The problem with 50 is he won’t let his real emotions and demons out because he’s afraid he won’t be that hardcore gangster anymore. Therefore he tries to make them old gangsta songs but everyone can see it’s not in him anymore and that’s why he often sounds distant on new songs, he doesn’t really feel the text just writes what he thinks we expect of him.
