Don’t fuckin play yourself. I appreciate the fact that you gettin at James for talkin reckless.. but jewish people were not the driving factor in the success of hip hop.
I’d say they were part of the driving factor, not the only for sure.. Rick Rubin was a visionary that transcends all genres, way ahead of his time. Say what you may about a guy like that, but a lot of what made hip hop what it is doesn’t happen w out him. That said, my only gripe is the ignorance of painting a whole race. Plenty of people I respect and dislike across all races, thing is, that is irrelevant.

@Rob – Rick Rubin is a pillar in the foundation, no doubt. I feel like Russell gets all the credit for the monster they ALL created. But as soon as anyone pegs it to a religion or race I get tight. These were like minded young people who got together and started this shit. Who they prayed to had nothing to do with any of it and shouldn’t be brought into ANY convo. That only leads to ignorant ass comments that keep hate alive by polarizing like-minded people.
