Eminem & A Tribe Called Quest Nominated For 2022 Roll & Roll Hall of Fame

Eminem and A Tribe Called Quest have been nominated in this year’s upcoming 2022 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Both Eminem and A Tribe Called Quest make the ballot in their first year of eligibility, which is 25 years after an artist or band’s first commercial release.
The Detroit rapper and Queens hip hop group are among the 17 nominees that were announced on Monday (Feb. 2) which includes Dolly Parton, Eurythmics, Dionne Warwick, Rage Against the Machine, Beck, Kate Bush, DEVO, Duran Duran, Fela Kuti, as well as singer-songwriters Lionel Richie and Carly Simon among others.
This year’s inductees will be announced in May with an induction ceremony to follow in the Fall. Fan votes are opened until April 29 here.
