Aubrey has shown his love for Aaliyah on numerous occasions, but he recently took it a step further by adding Baby Girl’s portrait to his back. That’s him on the far right. Last August, Drake guest blogged for us and penned a letter to the late R&B songstress in honor of her 31st birthday.

Great tattoo Drizzy. Aaliyah is one of my role models, and will forever be my musical inspiration. Aaliyah has been an inspiration for me ever since I started listening to her music.
She has touched my heart with her words and her kindness. Sometimes when I feel lonely or down I play an Aaliyah song and I no longer feel sadness.
Whether it was singing, dancing, or acting Aaliyah excelled in everything she did. She was very modest with what she wore but still sexy at the same time.
You know someone is a role model when they make you want to better yourself, well Aaliyah is my role model. She was really an angel and most importantly what you call a true lady. I love and miss you so much babygirl!
