Son of a bitch gun, how’s this for irony. Cory Gunz was arrested yesterday afternoon for possession of a firearm in The Bronx. Under New York law, the charge carries a mandatory three years in prison. Cory’s father, Peter Gunz spoke to MTV

NY and NJ both have very strict gun laws. He’s facing 3.5 yrs, Wayne and Rule got less because they took pleas. If it was an illegal search he may be able to get it dismissed but its up to the Judge ultimately.

What ever happened to the second amendment. N.Y. laws are just another way to keep our jails full. If you’re life is threatened the police wont be there. They show up after the fact to fill out a report. They need to make it just as easy to get a concealed carry permit as it is to get a gun illegally. So honest people can protect themselves.
