Actor Sherman Hemsley has passed away. He was 74. Hemsley was best known for his role as George Jefferson on the sitcom, The Jefferson’s. Back in 2004, actress Isabel Sanford, who played his wife, Louise “Weezie” Jefferson passed away.
So far, the cause of death is unclear, but

@Hannibal you know you’re history lol. George Jefferson was the realest and the voice of alot of black folks that couldn’t talk down to the man the way he did on television. The show was revolutionary and he seemed like a great dude all those years in the industry and no crazy stories just a hard working actor. R.I.P
