Okay, “She Belongs To the City” has great instrumentation and arrangement. Stand corrected on this record.
He’s a skilled MC but lacks charisma. Sounds bored when he raps. Beats are well put together throughout though.

Best way i can describe it too. He aint bad, just lacks character in his raps…but i think that’ll come in time

Track number 5 sounds like he remade niggas in paris again… too similar but the tape is ok for him not to be a rapper.
stop hating… this is a good mixtape and hit boy has potential to do great in rapping just like producing. what makes a great artist, great is the ability to grow and learn to become better even when he is already great.

Obviously the production is fire. This Deezy guy I never heard of might of had the best beat.
I agree that Hit-Boy sometimes sounds too laid back on some songs but he has potential. East vs West is a really dumb concept but no other major complaints. Good start.
