Here’s a Queens story with a happy ending. Grammy Award winning producer/songwrtier Salaam Remi has been
very good look. this guy is really talented. hopefully the music will get better!
Nice !
What do these high profile signings mean, the music is still the same- The Def Jam stable is still the same!
NEVER HEARD OF EM’
WONT BE A FACTOR ANYWAY
JUST COLLECT THE CHECK… FEEL IMPORTANT… AND KEEP EXTENDING THE GROWTH OF THAT BELLY
SONY WILL STILL RELEASE SHIT MUSIC FROM A HIP HOP PERSPECTIVE
Life Is Good ……..get it?
^ you never heard of Salaam? But you listen to rap? Hmmmmmm okay
He proved himself enough
Salaam is a Legend.do ur hiphop history.
And Nas is King!
I hate new rap listening niggas fuckin dummies how the fuck u ain’t heard of salaam remi. Think these niggas just hop in booth rap n put songs out. Salute to Salaam Remi
@poetic assasin I agree with what you are saying, but Def Jam is the bad example. No ID did a dope job on Nas album, but that was by far the best work he put out in awhile. That Common album last year is a weed plate, same with the Big Sean records he did. The problem is almost all of these labels have the “WRONG” people in these positions of power. This Salaam move is a great move though, especially for Urban Music. I fully expect Nas to finish his last album on Def Jam and move back to Sony with this move, and that’s a positive thing.
