You do know that Rap Genius is completely subjective to ever chooses to decipher it the lyric right? It is far from being the definitive answer on what a lyric means.
Ofcourse i know that. Ever since it blew up, the explanations on there have been weak, they used to be quiet good.
However the Drake disses by Kendrick are pretty obvious, picked them up before Rap Genius. Just the first two lines is all you need.

This was a very enjoyable record but unless it’s a bonafide CLASSIC the fans will unfairly judge it. And that’s because when you deprive your audience of new music for basically 2 years they become antsy and bitchy. But let me take it a step further. Mainstream rap is a dead artform “Authentically” speaking and true Rap & Hip Hop fans cling to anyone who’s half way decent because of the lack of quality music. And you add that thirst for Real talent with a excellent Talent in Kendrick Lamar your going to get an uproar. And that’s why I believe Drake will end up being the All Time Great from this generation, sadly! Fans have unrealistic expectations for K DOT. And even with a machine in Interscope behind him he’ll be playing a catch up game with Drake while he gets the slide, racking up more commercial appeal and breaking records. The modern day HOV vs NAS!
