After their first battle got shut down over the weekend, Cassidy and Dizaster reconvened at a new location to finish what they started. After three rounds, Diz definitely had a Problem on his hands.

If you are a follower of the Battling culture, you wouldn’t find this battle to be that good, it was ok, i expected more from Cass, either way, it just didn’t live up to the hype.
its a different time. Cass is used to the hard bars but the new dudes is more about clowning each other with no real flow but a hard delivery. That’s why I don’t want to see Em battle because its about clever lines not who can rhyme and flow better

Why does everybody think Cass won? Diz got at him. All Cass talked about was sexual identity and his dick. Diz dissed him on all levels and his flow was unique. Cass has a simple flow and you could see Diz’s words were getting to him.

Ehh the first battle they did, was trash…Cass bars were weak and diz kept getting boo’d…this battle I would give the last round to cass after dizaster choked…other than that diz edged the other rounds…2-1 dizaster…but cass bars were good and consistent….im fans of both but this battle was a little bit of an upset cause it was too hyped up.

I’m absolutely stunned that so many people are saying Cassidy won. It is simply an illusion that Cassidy won. His crew/hype men were responding more outrageously than dot mob hype men. The fact is that if Cass were to have spit those bars at a URL, KOTD, or UDUBB event he would have been booed. Cassidy’s bars were weak as fuck excluding a few. The barber/hair scheme was dope, and the Diz impression in the first was the best and funniest I’ve seen, it was awesome. Diz had better bars, and he didn’t have 5-10 guys with him hyping the hell out of his bars. This was still a really poor performance for Dizaster, he should have absolutely slayed Cass, but he was freestyling entirely too much, and his shit was not connecting, especially towards the end of the second round. Even still, Diz took the first two rounds and Cass took the third. If you are saying Cass won you are paying too much attention to the crowd reaction and not listening to the actual bars.

It’s a hard thing to accept I know, but you have to give praise where it is due. We literally watch Dizaster lose confidence in the last round when Cass was saying; “It don’t make no difference, I won anyway.”!

Cassidy won, but not by the long shot that casual battle rap viewers have been talking about. Cassidy’s style and performance were impeccable, but many bars were forgettable. And had he spit some of these bars on SMACK, he probably would have gotten booed. Dizaster definitely held is own, but Cass was in the zone.

Battle was straight garbage. Cassidy won but should not battle ever again (and that goes for Diz too). To be honest, Cassidy’s bars were overhyped and simplistic and Diz were rushed and forced. Really doesn’t matter, Cass got paid and battle rap is stuck footing the bill. Who cares, bring Charlie Clips and Hollow Da Don on next, so we can get back to real shit.

Watched both days of the battle once a day before posting anywhere. Dizaster got aired out. Period. In boxing there is a thing called Ring Generalship. Dizaster got outfoxed by a veteran. As the battle progressed you could visually see Dizaster waver, falter, then fold like a bad hand in poker. Its not just what you say, but how you say it. When your words AND body language lack conviction you already got cooked. Dizaster looked out of his element and when his own style got turned against him the question became “can you take a punch?”. I personally believe the answer to that in my opinion is NO. He stumbled around punch drunk for the rest of the match on the defensive trying to avoid the knockout (AKA freestyling). If you have writtens that are better than Eminem in your arsenal, why resort to ineffective freestyles? “Because you got shook like Micheal J. Fox”.
