Ludacris is one of the most underrated lyricist of all time. He is definitely a hip hop legend and has classic albums but at this point of his career he should go the indy route because Def Jam ain’t really pushing him like they used to. He has no buzz from his singles, freestyles and EP which means this will most likely be his first flop of his career
Word! Agree totally! I don’t know if it’s so much as Def Jam fault as much as this generation has ADHD and are on to the next if you disappear for a while…but Luda would probably be better off going indy.
Cats don’t want to go indy for the “stigma” it has to think you feel off, etc. But shit…you can make more $$ if you already have a fan base.

He only got one classic and one worth mentioning! Back for the first time… CLASSIC… Word of mouth… honorable mention… everything else was jus ok wit the occasional hot single
I personally thought that “Word Of Mouth” was his best album.

Luda is super underrated and overlooked for having dope bars. Ludaverses is 20 minutes of dope rapping thats been in rotation since it came out. Hopefully Ludaversal is just as good.
