Over the weekend at Meek Mill’s homecoming concert, Beanie Sigel made his first public appearance since being shot last January. Backstage at the Wells Fargo Center, he boasted about his near fatal encounter before borrowing a line from “The Joker”.

Jay Z is disloyal to his own homies. When I think about the most fraudulent rappers in history, he is one those guys that instantly pop into my mind. He has such a consistent history of ditching people whenever he isn’t getting the better out of a relationship, he also has a history of taking advantage of trendy artists popularity to get his old ass over but he never reciprocates that gesture. Jay Z’s rise to fame would come after his Brooklyn counterpart was deleted form the system. He rhymed and lived the life of Biggie.

On one hand, being good in business often involves being emotionally detached, and as ambivalent as I am toward anything Jay-Z does and as much as I want to knock him for the way he treated Beans and Dame, I really can’t. I get it.. And as much as I enjoy Beans, you should never, EVER rely on another man to pave your way.
