Throwback Thursday.
Back when Jermaine had a dollar and a dream, he was a teenager visiting Times Square. MTV dug in their archives and found this clip of him outside of TRL with Carson Daly. He wasn’t selected to come up stairs with Mandy Moore (remember her?), but he did manage to flex in more ways then one.
