there is a specific problem in the black community—blacks killing blacks. This is not the problem that the blame movement want to address. Maybe this is their form of birth control. For every black person murdered you can figure that there will be at least five fewer children born and dumped on the working public to pay for. So I guess that they should practice more often to hit the target. Black on black murder isn’t all that bad, fewer generations on welfare.
