There have been a few moments / songs where it seemed like Wayne was getting back on his shit since Rikers but those moments are few and far between… I don’t think this has to be the end for him but he needs to take a break for a couple years, recharge, and recommit to the craft… most of his moves of late seem to be based on public perception and trying to make hits and such but his talent is what made him great so I think if he waited a while and attacked music from a new angle he could still go on to do some great stuff…

Lil Wayne is one of the great rappers ever. Widely regarded as even the premiere MC in an era ranging from around late 2005 thru arguably the early stages of the ’10s.
