J.Cole Announces ‘K.O.D.” Album

Cole World

J.Cole broke the internet this afternoon by announcing a surprise event for this evening at New York’s Gramercy Theater. B.Dot, who was in attendance, reported the rapper announced a new album and preview the entire 12-track project. Recorded in two weeks,  K.O.D. scheduled for a release this Friday, April 20.

“J.Cole album done. New #jcole album title: K.O.D. Three different subtitles (Kidz On Drugz, King Overdose, Kill Our Demonz) recorded in two weeks. Cole played the entire album. About 12 songs. Experimenting with flow. Standout tracks were the intro and last song, “1985”. I’m also assuming the subtitles have Z at the end. Kinda on brand. Tracklists are all fake too. Only two titles were revealed.”

Cole has some of the truest and most loyal fans, to include myself cause his energy comes from a real and relatable place. It doesn’t feel like he’s very hype about in and as a fan I’m a lol disappointed. We as fans got mad love for you and your art and are eager to celebrate you and your accomplishments cause you don’t let us down. That twitter post was hella dry bruh kinda killed the hype for me.
