Young Thug wants to be among family and friends for the holiday season. After being detained for six days, Young Thug was released from DeKalb County Jail after issuing an emotional plea for his release.
This morning, the rapper appeared back in Georgia court for a restitution hearing where he apologized to the court. With his release, his probation terms includes a completion of a substance abuse program and passing random drug tests twice a week.
Last week, the judge revoked his bond for failing a recent drug test. Young Thug was charged with 8 felonies in early September that included possession and intent to distribute meth, hydrocodone and marijuana as well as possession of amphetamine, Alprazolam, a firearm and 2 counts of codeine from his 2017 arrest.
