Juelz Santana Ordered 27 Months In Jail

Things are not looking good for Juelz Santana. This morning, a judged handed the Dipset rapper 27 months of incarceration for his weapon possession by a convicted felon charge.
In March, a .38 caliber was found in Juelz’ carry-on bag while at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey. He fled the scene but later turned himself in and released a month later.

That shit is TOTALLY fucked up!!! He can’t get parole because it’s a Federal charge so he has to do all 27 months. Why do these dude’s NOT check their baggage for guns if they always claim it was accidental?
In 1987 Ronald Regan and congress got rid of parole in the federal system as part of the War on drugs asshole. Prior to Regan’s change, a prisoner was usually entitled to a parole hearing after serving 25% of his sentence. That doesn’t mean that everyone was paroled at 25%, just that you became eligible. There are still prisoners in the federal system today whose crimes were committed under the old rules and are eligible for parole.
He will do 85% of his time, you only get 54 good time days a year. So basically you do 10 months and 6 days per year if u don’t loose your good time.
One yr ago I decided to resign from my previous job and that decision changed everything for me….
