What’s free? DMX is free. Again. This morning, the rapper was released from Gilmer Federal Correctional Institution in Glenville, West Virginia for his tax evasion charge.

Last March, the rapper was given a one year sentence for hiding millions of dollars of income and $1.7 million tax lien. In January, he was arrested for failing drug tests while awaiting for his tax evasion sentence. With his release, X has been ordered to pay $2.3 million in restitution, enroll in substance abuse and mental health programs and will be under supervision for the next three years.
