In just over 12 hours since issuing the warrant for his arrest, police have apprehended the man who they believe gunned down Nipsey Hussle.

Earlier this afternoon, L.A. County policed located 29-year-old Eric Holder of Los Angeles in the Bellflower area where they took him into custody For his safety, Holder is being held in solitary confinement by LAPD. His bail was set at $7,040,000.

The unidentified female suspect in the case has also turned herself in. She claims she had no idea what Holder was carrying out during the duration of the crime.

The LAPD reports that on Sunday, March 31, Eric Holder opened fire outside of Nipsey’s The Marathon Clothing store at the intersection of Slauson and Crenshaw, following an allege argument prior. After the shooting, Holder got into a vehicle, driven by the female suspect. The shooting left two individuals wounded and Nipsey Hussle sustaining six gun shot wounds. He died shortly at the hospital.

A peaceful candle light vigil for Nipsey turned violent Monday night after an incident broke out causing a stampede. LAPD reports multiple people suffered injuries due to the melee.
