New Music: Common Ft. Daniel Caesar “HER Love”

Dear Hip Hop,
Common’s undying love for hip-hop continues on his new single featuring Daniel Caesar. Produced by the late J Dilla, the track serves as the follow-up to his 1994 classic “I Used To Love H.E.R.“
Co-starring Dwele, the accompanying video depicts African-American culture with hip hop and black love. Here, shirtless dancers in do-rags pop and lock, a break dancer busts his few moves and Common displays his admiration by a Cadillac.
Elsewhere, Common shares a romantic moment with his queen at sunrise, a couple displays some TLC, a dancer elegantly frolics and a bare beauty queen wears her crown with pride. Black is beautiful.
It is really good seeing black women being celebrated and loved. I love hip-hop and the many sub genres that have been created from it.
