You mean the album that was supposed to come out this time last year? He even had a listening party for it. Shit was so poorly received and bad he scrapped it all. Lucky for him Meek and Drake made up and Ross begged for Drakes forgiveness and got blessed with another feature to get a little buzz for his upcoming weed plate.
