Fred The Godson Recovering From COVID-19

Fred The Godson is pulling through during his treatment of the Coronavirus.
Earlier in the week (April 6), the Bronx rapper revealed that he had recently tested positive for COVID-19. His wife LeeAnn Jemmott informed Bronx’ News 12 the severity of her husband’s condition and that he may not recover from the deadly virus.
Since then, LeeAnn tells XXL that Fred is progressing well in the ICU and that doctors have brought his ventilator support down from 100 percent to 40 percent. She also stated that Fred’s heart condition is well and that his kidneys, which has been infected, will go under dialysis to clean toxins from his blood.
The health scare comes months after a slew of music from the Bronx MC. Just weeks ago, Fred released a collaboration with Grafh, his new album, Payback, and his previous effort, God Level last November. Prayers up and stay strong, Gordo.
