Jessie Reyez sees love on the other side of the barrel in her Before Love Came To Kill Us‘ new video directed by Peter Huang.

In the dramatic clip, Jessie is seated with a rifle while she waits for hired kidnappers to bring her, her man. After the kidnappers bring him to her, she points the gun to him, but he manages to convince Jessie for forgiveness with a tender hug. However, in a twisted ending, the man draws away from her clutch, grabs the weapon and fatally fires at her. Love kills.
