XXL continues their yearly tradition highlighting Hip Hop’s rising stars, and has officially announced the freshman class of 2020.
Making this year’s class include NLE Choppa, Polo G, Calboy, Lil Tjay, Fivio Foreign, Baby Keem, Jack Harlow, Rod Wave, Chika, Mulatto, Lil Keed, and 24Goldn.
The late Pop Smoke accepted his induction to the class prior to his untimely death in February.
Shot by Travis Shinn, with cover collage and lettering created by Rich Tu and Travis Satten behind the video, the issue will spotlight each individual and their recent success.
The magazine, which will be released September 1, will also feature interviews from Freddie Gibbs, T.I., Casanova, Tee Grizzley, RMR, and more. Congrats to the new class.
