After putting the project on hold due to the current state of affairs, Alicia Keys releases his long-awaited self-titled LP, Alicia.
The project is lead by the Miguel-assisted duet “Show Me Love“, and the retro vibes through “Time Machine“. She triumphantly uplifts the spirits on “Underdog“, salutes today’s heroes (“Good Job“), and weighs in on racial divide and police brutality (“Perfect Way To Die“). Elsewhere, she touches on relationships “So Done” featuring Khalid, and gives good loving and affection (“Love Looks Better“).
Accompanied with 15 tracks in total, guests include Snoh Aalegra, Tierra Whack, Sampha, Diamond Platnumz and Jill Scott for the aptly-titled collaboration “Jill Scott”.
