YFN Lucci has been indicted with racketeering charges in Atlanta.

The 30-year-old rapper, born Rayshawn Bennett, is among the dozen suspects that was charged in a wide-range indictment targeting alleged members of the Bloods gang, reports WSB-TV.

On Tuesday (May 4), a 75-page, 105 count racketeering indictment suggested YFN Lucci is an associate of the Bloods gang and alleges he tampered evidence of a homicide by concealing a crime scene, hiding its vehicle, assaulting someone by strangulation, and encouraging the striking and kicking of that person for playing rival gang music.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and her team shedded light on Bloody Jay, who is also indicted, and YFN Lucci’s music video “Shine On”, which promoted criminal gang activity in the lyrics as well as the rapper’s Instagram posts.

YFN Lucci is already facing felony murder charges in connection of a fatal shooting in Atlanta in December.
