After setting the tone last week with the first single, “What A Life“, the Detroit rapper and Fontana, CA producer turn the pairing into a 6-track EP.
What You Expect opens with “Chaos”, “Into It”, and “The One” and follows with the collaborations “Loyal To A Fault” with Bryson Tiller and Lil Durk and “Offense” with 42 Dugg and Babyface Ray.
This marks Big Sean’s first project on his own label FF to Def Entertainment in partnership with Def Jam. “FF to Def Entertainment in partnership with Def Jam.”, Big Sean tweeted. He also stated there is no love lost with his departure from G.O.O.D. Music, “That’s a forever brotherhood, but business wise, I had to start getting a bigger cut! I worked my way out that deal.”
