Esco, let’s go!

The 64th Grammys celebrated the year’s music at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday (April 3).

Hosted by Trevor Noah, Silk Sonic’s Bruno Mars and Anderson.Paak kicked off the ceremony with a soulful performance of “Leave The Door Open”, which earned the duo both Song Of The Year and Best R&B Song.

Lil Nas X who was nominated for four awards, shifted through various wardrobes for a dazzling choreographic performance of “Dead Right Now”, “Montero (Call Me By Your Name”, and “Industry Baby” with Jack Harlow.

Nas, who won his first Grammy last year, delivered an epic medley of classics with an orchestra including “I Can”, “Made You Look”, “One Mic”, and “Rare”, off the Best Rap Album-nominated Kings Disease 2.

H.E.R., who was up for several R&B categories and Album Of The Year, gave a star-studded performance of “Damage” with Jam & Lewis, “We Made It” alongside Travis Barker, and “Are You Gonna Go My Way” with legendary musician Lenny Kravitz. Meanwhile, Justin Bieber was joined by Daniel Caesar and Giveon for an intimate performance of “Peaches”.

Big wins throughout the evening included Tyler, The Creator taking Best Rap Album for Call Me When You Get Lost and Baby Keem, who earned his first Grammy award with Best Rap Performance for “Family Ties” featuring Kendrick Lamar.

Kanye West took both Best Rap Melodic Performance for “Hurricane” featuring The Weeknd and Lil Baby as well as Best Rap Song for “Jail” featuring JAY-Z. Both Throne members now have 24 wins each, the most in Rap in Grammy history.

Jazmine Sullivan grabbed two awards for Best R&B Performance (“Pick Up Your Feelings”) and Best R&B Album (Heaux Tales), while H.E.R. secured the Best Traditional R&B Performance award for “Fight For You”. Lucky Daye, who also performed during the evening, earned his first gramophone for Best Progressive R&B Album (Table For Two EP) and Doja Cat and SZA was honored the Best Pop Duo Performance for their hit collaboration, “Kiss Me More”.
