Russ takes on another genre of music on his latest release, “Fire”.

Over a soft rock bop, co-produced by himself and Aaron Paris, Russ turns up the heat and serenades a particular lady with his falsettos.

“You got something that I want, I desire / I got something that you need, I’m your fire, yeah
Yeah, I’m your fire,” he sings on he hook.

“Fire” is Russ’ first release since his previous track, “Nasty“, which he released various versions of the song including an extended and alternate version as well as its instrumental.

In addition, Russ also released his cover of Secondhand Serenade’s 2008 “Fall For You”, per his followers’ request after he posted a series of clips singing the original.
