Roy Woods “Don’t Mind Me”

Don’t mind Roy.

OVO Sound’s Roy Woods pardons his savage ways on his new single, “Don’t Mind Me”.

Anchored by Noah “40” Shebib’s flip of Mary J. Blige’s 1996 hit “Not Gon’ Cry”, the Ontario crooner sings the wrongful doings between two potential lovers.

“All you had to do was ride by me / These mistakes we make, we can’t rewind,” he sings on the hook. “Fucked your friend, didn’t know, baby, don’t mind me / ‘Cause you’re not even a girl I claim as mine.”

“Don’t Mind Me” is Roy’s third release of the year which includes “Don’t Love Me” and “Young Boy Problems“.
