Video: Bas Ft. Adekunle Gold “Khartoum”

Doing my best.

Spreading awareness with the ongoing civil war in Sudan, Dreamville’s Bas connects with Afrobeat singer Adekunle Gold for his latest release, “Khartoum”.

In the accompanying music video, Bas, who is a Sudanese descent, visits the country’s capital of Khartoum where he touches on its current events.

“I know everybody need me, but everybody chill / Emergency on planet earth I’ll tell you how it feel,” he raps as he visits When your family displaced and your countrymen are killed / Bombs on Ramadan I swear my mama crying still.”

“Khartoum” is the follow-up to Bas’ previous “Ho Chi Minh” and are both off his upcoming album, We Only Talk About Real Shit When We Are Fucked Up.
