I’m honestly not surprised this ended like this. It just all looked bad on Pete for the twitter rant and I say this all the time; certain sh*t doesn’t have to be posted to the public as far as rants then 48 hours later you’re tweeting about making peace with that same person. I guess the bigger picture is them actually being able to move on and work together so hey, kudos to them. Shouts to Lupe for not reacting too. Remaining humble pays off but Lupe, we need that OLD vibe back man!!! Lol.

Well first of all, by now we all know Lupe has a habit of stirring up talk whenever he got some shit to drop, so I’d like to think he knew there might be some friction over the beat, and probably hoped for it.
Secondly, I definitely think Lupe did his thing tho, that needs to be the shit niggas is focused on, cuz T.R.O.Y is arguably a Top 5 hip hop track of ALL TIME. Lupe did it justice, and was talkin bout some real shit.
And lastly, wouldn’t Pete Rock get a check off that anyway?
damn, this would be dope is Pete can come in & flip the beat along side the dude whom supposely made the remark….which sounded like the original jus tweaked a bit…
