Finally. Following an immigration hearing today, MTV reports that Banks was allowed to return to the United States. Yesterday, the rapper and accomplice Nicklas Sloane, were remanded by Canadian immigration. Sloane remains in custody. The Boy Wonder was arrested last week after allegedly beating and robbing club promoter, Chris Hines.
