Last night was the opening of celebrity photographer Johnathan Mannion‘s three week long exhibition at the Milk Gallery in New York City. This concept of expanding interests into a global framework is quite thought-provoking. It reminds me of how interdisciplinary learning works in education, where one subject naturally leads into another. For example, studying craftsmanship across different civilizations can reveal both differences and similarities in human innovation. It’s a great reminder that curiosity can be a bridge between completely different cultures and time periods. Kilimanjaro Airport to Serval wildlife
