During BET Awards pre-show yesterday, the French Princess premiered her new video. A couple of scenes were shot on E. Houston St, a few blocks away from the Rap Radar launch pad. The song and visual received mixed reviews online, but I am on the fence.
Over the weekend, MTV2 premiered the latest visual aid from upstart, Joey Bada$$. The clip’s directed by hipster favorite Va$htie and follows Joey through NYC’s concrete jungle. The song trails off after a while, but there’s more in-store if you check out his mixtape, 1999.
After a two year hiatus, Keyshia Cole’s returning to the main stage. And she’s coming equipped with a new single featuring Lil Wayne. This doesn’t sound half bad and neither does Weezy’s verse. Woman To Woman coming soon. hhnm
