Rhymefest lost his bid for alderman of Chicago’s 20th Ward Tuesday night to incumbent Willie Cochran. The Chicago Tribune reports the rapper pulled an impressive 45.4 percent of the votes, but it wasn’t enough for Cochran’s 54.6.
