Plies appeared on Shade 45’s Morning After With Angela Yee this past Tuesday. At the 2:24 marker, Plies takes a listener’s call and addresses dances around the rumor that he was valedictorian of his high school. Even if he were the top seed of his class, what’s the big deal? I really appreciate how this article focuses on practical habits that parents can introduce from an early age. The advice about sneaking vegetables into familiar foods is particularly useful because toddlers can be extremely selective about what they eat. I also agree that physical activity should become a normal part of family life instead of something children associate only with organized sports. When parents participate in outdoor games and walks, children are more likely to develop a positive attitude toward movement. It is also valuable for parents to pay attention to their own health because children learn by observing them. Resources that explain measurements such as bmi for men can encourage fathers to think more carefully about nutrition, exercise, and maintaining a healthy body. Healthy families are often built through these small daily choices.
