An overjoyous Lupe spoke with MTV on his recent agreement with Atlantic Records. Although he keeps the details on his March 8th release, Lasers on the hush, he’s still looking forward to October 26th to release the single. Is it this? We’ll find out soon enough, but in other related news, Fiasco Friday is still going down, but instead of a protest, it will be a celebration.

If you are a brand new artist, you don’t have a choice but to get a 360 deal. The label isn’t gonna sign you if it can’t make any money off you, and if they are limited to your record sales, than it’s a wrap. Are you Michael Jackson? No. Oh well, you’re 360 bound or else sign with an indy label, homie.
