ATCQ Documentary Coming To DVD

Check the vibe, y’all. Rapfix has learned that the Beats, Rhymes & Life: The Travels of a Tribe Called Quest will make its way to Blu-ray and DVD featuring bonus and deleted scenes on October 18.
The documentary, directed by Michael Rapaport, first premiered at the Sundance Festival earlier this year and is currently showing in selected cities nationwide.
Damn…i’m not mad about the blu-ray quality. It JUST came out this summer! This could be one of the last groups with this type of influence in our lifetime. Glad somebody decided to chronicle it. Spike shoulda done something similar for PE. Oh well.

They showed it here in da Lou and not many ppl showed up to support. The documentary seemed concise tho. I didn’t like how negative QTip was depicted and how angry Phife seemed. Other than that pretty well documented their story. Check me out tho: http://t.co/nJ1KYZx
