This LA independent force is known for making smooth summertime grooves but it feels like Dom has reached a bump in the road. Simply put, this collection coulda used some major retooling as this one dimensional sound begins to weigh on you. One dimensional is correcto Elliott Wilson. Struggle bars and the same weak flow is holding this guy back. His music is laughable and his delivery seems as if he’s pretending to be confident but deep down he’s not sure of himself. I saw two LA radio host tell Dom Kennedy with a straight face his album was dope lol.. You radio Dj’s in Los Angeles are hilarious. Ya’ll aint got to pretend man keep it 100
